I’ve been playing trumpet from an early age and my passion for music has stayed with me ever since.

I completed a BTEC national diploma for Jazz at Exeter College in 2004, where I also learned the basics of other instruments, such as piano, drums, and guitar. The course confirmed my love for music, introduced me to Jazz and helped me through my grade 8 trumpet.

I achieved First Class Honors in Music at Rose Bruford College, London in 2007. Here I developed skills in writing music for film, music technology and production.

Since University I worked in studios recording live music and moved to Bristol in 2008 to further develop my trumpet playing.

I instantly found myself immersed in the vibrant scene, playing in bands with styles ranging from Soul, Jazz, Funk, Reggae and Pop.

I’ve now played with bands such as The Heavy, Talisman, Baila La Cambia, Cut Capers, Dr Meaker, Aji Pa Ti, Camo Clave and many more.
